The tar discharge port of the spray-type saturator in our factory is unable to discharge tar; instead, mother liquor is being discharged. Could anyone help analyze the reason for this? Thank you! ! !
Is it the high level of material in the crystallization tank that causes the acid tar to emulsify in the mother liquor?
If the insertion depth of the pipe is fine, it’s that the acid tar hasn’t taken shape
Old engine oil can be added, or it might be that the cleaning at the slope opening is not thorough enough
I’ve heard that this phenomenon occurs in many factories. It makes sense for it to happen on the 3rd floor: from the full-flow outlet, the mother liquor appears to be clean. However, in the 4 years since the plant started operating, it hasn’t been discharged once. During one maintenance period, the electrostatic precipitator was out of service for 2 months, and all of the mother liquor was wasted; yet the tar discharge outlet wasn’t able to discharge anything either
Check whether there is any blockage at the full-flow port, which could cause the liquid level in the crystallization chamber to rise too high; it’s also possible that drainage occurs too frequently, resulting in little tar remaining
You can try washing it at the right time and see how it works I also experience this phenomenon; I usually use this method
