Finding employment is difficult, and it becomes even more challenging amid the current economic crisis. Yet we are pleased to see that, despite the difficulties in finding employment, many people have managed to use the capital they’ve accumulated through their regular efforts to impress the employers of those top companies, thus becoming favorites among those seeking jobs. By analyzing their successful employment experiences, it is not difficult to identify the three key factors behind their success. It is necessary to prepare for employment early on. Finding a job has always been difficult, and this is nothing new; in the foreseeable future, the difficulty of finding employment is not likely to change much, as this is determined by our country’s national conditions. Therefore, recognizing the current employment situation early on, striving to meet the requirements for job hunting, and being proactive are the traits of a person who succeeds in finding employment. For example, many employers these days place importance on work experience. Knowing this, if we prepare in advance, won’t we feel less anxious when it’s time to apply for jobs? Therefore, every college student should start preparing for employment as early as possible. Some experts say that college students should start preparing for employment from their freshman year, pursuing an unwavering goal by seizing every opportunity to gain experience – which means working extremely hard. Having a specialized skill: One of the key reasons why it is difficult for college graduates to find employment is that many of them, aside from their bachelor’s degree, do not possess any other special skills. If you possess solid professional knowledge along with a range of competitive skills, you will undoubtedly stand out among job applicants these days. Some experts suggest that while focusing on their academic courses, college students should also learn some practical skills; there is a high demand for people with skills such as those of chefs or machine operators. So why do everyone focus on working in foreign companies or provincial/municipal-level organizations?
