Our company plans to install several elevators (for producing compound fertilizers). Some documents mention models such as HT, TH, TL – I’m not sure what the differences between them are Please, fellow sailors, help me out with some advice.
The HT bucket elevator can transport bulk materials vertically or at a large inclination angle. TH and HL type bucket elevators are vertical conveying devices driven by ring sprockets, and are suitable for transporting piled powdery, granular, small lumpy materials with low abrasiveness. The original poster’s description is too brief; there are many other parameters to consider, such as the arrangement of the hoppers, the methods of loading and unloading, as well as the operating conditions
Both HL and TH are chain-type; the former has been phased out； The more modern type at present is the NE type, which is of the plate-chain type, features a low chain speed, and has low power.
