Be more specific – are you referring to heating inside the tank, or heating of the system or heat tracing?
The tank contains a heating coil, is insulated on the outside, and can be equipped with a stirrer if necessary.
1. For the heating and transportation of heavy crude oil through long-distance pipelines, I’m not sure what processes are currently used for this purpose, or what kind of medium is suitable for use in the heating furnaces. The preliminary design for this project involves using small pipes to create a bypass system to reduce pressure before the oil (heavy crude oil) enters the heating furnace. What is the performance of the heating furnace models produced by existing manufacturers? Could you recommend some good options? Thank you for your concern
If heating is required inside the tank, wouldn’t installing a heater solve the problem? Tubular heaters are relatively inexpensive and easy to use safely. It’s an old product.
It’s not heating inside the tank; it’s heating the fluid that is transferred out
