What does 15 or 10 over ambient temperature mean?

Prod. temp.: material temperature; inlet/discharge temperatures: 15 or 10 degrees above ambient temperature. By \"prod. temp.\" I understand it to be the temperature of the material, but I’m not clear on what \"15 or 10 degrees above ambient temperature\" means – does it mean 15 or 10 degrees above the temperature of the surrounding air? The inlet and outlet temperatures should be two different values, right? I’m not sure; I’d like to ask everyone for their advice. THX!
If it goes through small equipment, there won’t be much difference in the inlet and outlet temperatures, such as with some small filtration devices. It would be great to have the full text; if we only consider this sentence, it indeed reads “15 or 10 degrees above the ambient temperature””

Ambient temperature refers to normal temperature or the temperature of the surrounding environment.
