Could you send me one? zhenabao@163.com
Could it be shared on the forum? I’ve been looking for it for a long time without success!
For the stand-alone version, only a stand-alone WATCOM file is required to complete the installation. The SYSbase database in its network version is used; it doesn’t matter whether the database is installed first or the INTOOLS software. During the installation of INTOOLS, you need to specify a network version of the WATCOM file, which is crucial for the installation process – this file determines the type of database, whether it’s SQL or ORACLE. Additionally, an installation serial number is required. Once these two files are available, there’s no difference between installing INTOOLS and other software. 2. Taking ORACLE as an example, first install the ORACLE database; once this is done, you are required to create a data warehouse, that is, to create a database file, and all INTOOLS data will be stored in that database. Change the database administrator’s password and configure the ORACLE client; when a success message is displayed, it indicates that the database connection is available for use. 3. Run the DBSETUP program located in the INTOOLS directory. Enter the names assigned by ORACLE earlier in the fields for service name and database name. Thereafter, the INTOOLS program will automatically create in ORACLE all the tables, triggers, views, and other elements required for its operation. Then the INTOOLS software can be run.
