From the perspective of long-term stable operation, I believe it is not possible to increase both pressure and load at the same time; moreover, after increasing pressure (or load), a period of stable operation is required before raising the other parameter.

In fact, in many cases the pressure rises gradually as the load increases, but it can also be controlled manually. I think that when increasing the load and pressure, it is sufficient to control the rate of pressure increase and the requirements for increasing the load.

Generally, the system pressure is increased first; once the system has absorbed all the air, then a load is applied! ! ! As for increasing the load of the vaporization furnace along with the pressure, it’s possible to do that, but it’s a waste – the gas generated by the increased load is all vented away, which is a loss! ! During normal production, the pressure in the furnace is determined by the pressure of the entire series-connected system! ! !
In principle, pressure and load can be increased simultaneously, as long as the frequency of increasing the load and the furnace’s requirements regarding the rate of pressure increase are properly controlled, in order to avoid a mismatch between temperature and pressure. However, in practice, it is quite difficult to carry out both at the same time, as this can easily lead to a mismatch between temperature and pressure. Therefore, it is still recommended to raise the load to an appropriate level before focusing on increasing the pressure; this is a safer and more appropriate approach, at least for Lurgi reactors.
