Colleagues, I would like to replace the lubrication oil pressure switch used in the chain system; I was wondering which manufacturer’s product everyone is using.
We are using a product from the American company UE; the model number is J120-720. It works quite well.
Using SOR here is also a good option; it’s recommended to check relevant samples

We are a fertilizer factory that uses products from Nagano, Japan; they are divided into anti-riot and non-anti-riot types.
We’re using domestic ones now, but the performance isn’t very good.
It is recommended to use UE products, as their prices are quite reasonable. There are also good products available domestically. For reference, the price is within 2000.
It is recommended to use UE from the United States or SOR from Japan; both offer good results. Domestic ones are not very stable; in particular, the differential pressure switches keep failing. It’s cheap to fix the problems, but it’s not worth it.
The best approach is to use a pressure transmitter along with an alarm setter (or pressure controller). In cases where the required safety level is not high, the pressure transmitter can be used in conjunction with a PLC or DCS to set upper and lower alarm levels, with intermediate variables being utilized for this purpose. Our company uses intermediate variables for its fourth-stage compressors, and it works very well. As long as there’s someone skilled at it, everything becomes easy.
I also recommend SOR or UE; they are really good.
Those on the 11th floor need to be careful: the output of the pressure transmitter can be extremely dangerous when the pressure switch reaches its interlock value. In any case, the safety of personnel and equipment must come first, not cost considerations!
I don’t understand what intermediate variables are (I have only a secondary education). Please explain in detail. . . .
Why is this dangerous? Is it because there are too many steps, or is there some other reason?

Are there any good domestic options? Why are all of them imported?
