Hubei Huahua Chemical Group is a modern chemical enterprise group in our city that produces 600,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and alcohol, 800,000 tons of urea, 150,000 tons of methanol, and 150,000 tons of dimethyl ether per year ； Shanxi Jincheng Coal Industry Group is a limited liability company with a diversified shareholding structure, controlled by the Shanxi Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission; it ranked 149th on the list of China’s top 500 enterprises in 2008 ； Jinshi Fertilizer Co., Ltd. is a large-scale fertilizer and chemical manufacturing enterprise with an annual output value of 1.3 billion yuan and an annual production capacity of 450,000 tons of ammonia. It ranks 26th among the top 100 enterprises in Shijiazhuang. The joint venture between Hubei Huahua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. and Jinmei Group Jinsihua Fertilizer Co., Ltd. will enhance exchanges and cooperation in areas such as talent, technology, culture, and information. The problem of securing high-quality coal at competitive prices, which has posed a challenge for Hubei Huahua Chemical, will also be resolved. By sharing resources and complementing each other’s strengths, the two parties can further promote the development of their businesses in the fields of phosphorus chemicals, salt chemicals, energy industry, and circular economy, thereby creating a leading force in the fertilizer industry.
