Recently, a set of gasoline hydrogenation units at our company is set to be put into operation. I would like to know how long the commissioning period for gasoline hydrogenation units is; everyone is welcome to share their opinions!
For those who perform well, the maximum duration of one cycle can reach 8 years.
The driving cycle mentioned by the poster probably refers to a newly installed unit, namely the time required from the completion of construction to the production of qualified products through pipeline purging. If that’s the case, it will probably take 2–3 months.

In the case of the catalytic deep selective hydrogenation desulfurization units developed by the Fuyan Research Institute, since the hydrogenation pressure is generally between 1.6 MPa and 2.5 MPa, it falls under low-pressure hydrogenation; the service life of the catalysts is usually 3 to 5 years, with some reportedly capable of lasting up to 8 years. . . As for the safe operating cycle for device production, I think it varies from factory to factory and depends on the condition of the equipment. . . Generally, three to two years is no problem. . .
