Which is better, Global or SEI?

Beijing Huanyu Engineering Company and Beijing SEI are both design institutes affiliated with CNPC and Sinopec respectively; which one is relatively better? Are the requirements high? What are the prospects? What’s the treatment like? Could someone who is aware of the situation please explain in detail? Thank you
They’re all great; units that many people dream of having...
They are all giants in the domestic industry. Relatively speaking, the latter is better. Both have quite good prospects and high salaries. So the requirements are extremely high; if the original poster truly has particularly, exceptionally, very favorable conditions, they can give it a try. They’re all amazing. It is recommended that the original poster not focus on the salary first; if one can improve their skills quickly, they will be able to earn a good income no matter which company they join.

In terms of strength, the latter is slightly stronger; however, when it comes to the development of newcomers, it’s hard to say. Both are among the top petrochemical engineering companies in the country, and it’s difficult for ordinary people to get an interview opportunity. One needs connections or strong capabilities to get in, and the starting salary isn’t very high. As long as newcomers can learn something and gain experience, that’s enough; how much they can earn in the future depends on their efforts and opportunities. It’s such a great employer, but I think it’s better for young people to learn as much as possible; they shouldn’t focus too much on the benefits, as that won’t be beneficial in the long run.
That amazing? Since you need them anyway, you can talk to both companies and choose the better one; there’s no need to ask others
I’m not interested. I just attended a group interview organized by Global Organization before the New Year to find out more about the situation. Since I don’t know much about it, it’s better to focus on learning knowledge – haha

These two organizations are places that many people dream of working at; I would be extremely happy if given a chance for an interview!
Is it really that powerful? I’ve heard of SEI before, but this is the first time I’m aware of just how stringent the requirements are
