How should a water-coal slurry gasifier be selected? How are the combustion chamber and quenching chamber calculated based on gas volume and temperature?
I’m not sure what you mean by ‘selection’ Today, gasification furnaces are essentially standardized equipment with a few fixed sizes and models; when choosing one, it is sufficient to decide based on the production volume.
First, the gasification technology is chosen, and only afterwards is the type of furnace decided; for each gasification technology, the available furnace types are basically fixed!
Select the technology based on the products and resources to be produced, and then determine the pressure level and furnace size according to the scale.
