Reasons for the burnout of the card fuse in the TPS system

Our factory has used two sets of TPS card modules, and recently the fuses for these card modules in the TPS system kept blowing, resulting in production shutdowns at the site. But no electrical welding was done, and there is also an MTL safety barrier at the front end of the system! I don’t know what the problem is
Could you tell me what type of card it is? Do all types of circuit boards get damaged as well? Is it because the DO or DI types are not isolated by a relay?
We use a TPS system; there have been failures related to alarm cards being damaged, but fuse burnouts have not occurred.
I think you should check the grounding; it’s possible that there are wires or conductors on your backplane that have been connected together, causing an open circuit.
