It mainly focuses on the collection, measurement of thermodynamic parameters and production parameters of new coke ovens, as well as the evaluation of the oven structure. The testing scope includes eight aspects such as temperature control, pressure control, production operations, combustion performance, production and thermodynamics, iron components of the oven, the coke oven structure, and auxiliary equipment, comprising more than sixty sub-items. (1) Temperature regime: coke bed center temperature, roof space temperature, cross-row temperature, furnace wall temperature, cooling temperature, straight-through temperature, furnace front temperature, regenerator roof temperature, small flue temperature, branch flue temperature, total flue temperature, gas collection pipe temperature (12 parameters). (2) Pressure system: roof suction, small flue suction, tuyere pressure, regenerator resistance, five-point pressure of the coke oven, branch flue suction, main flue suction, gas collector pressure (8 parameters). (3) Production operations: coking time, coke pushing current, planned coke pushing coefficient, execution coefficient, total coefficient (5 indicators). (4) Combustion performance: gas heating temperature, pressure, flow rate, composition, orifice plate design parameters, exhaust gas composition in the small flue, exhaust gas composition in the separate flues, and damper opening degree (8 indicators). (5) Production and Thermal Engineering: coal blending composition and ratios, coal moisture, volatile matter, ash content, total sulfur, caking property ; Coke volatiles, ash, total sulfur, strength, coking rate, gas yield, overall furnace leakage rate, and heat consumption for coking (14 indicators). (6) Furnace body and iron components: furnace body elongation, furnace column curvature, spring tonnage, verticality of the rising pipe, and verticality of the resistance wall (5 indicators). (7) Coke oven body: carbonization chamber walls, individual combustion channels in the combustion chamber, burner adjustment bricks, side channels, small burners, regenerator enclosure walls, grid bricks, ceiling bricks, and oven roof surface (9 parameters). (8) Auxiliary equipment: heating coal gas pipelines and clean coal gas pipelines, namely the consumption of various energy media such as water, electricity, air, and gas throughout the workshop. (9) Capacity of coal loading vehicles, their performance, and calibration of the dust removal system. (10) Calibration of dust removal during coke extraction from coke ovens. (11) Calibration of the coke quenching system, including the transport capacity of coke quenching vehicles and belts, as well as the coke quenching tower. (12) Calibration of functional parameters for coke pushing and coke blocking cars. (13) Determination of the supply capacity and performance indicators for the compressed air station. (14) Measurement of dry quenching air balance and evaluation of the overall system performance. (15) Determination of the gas collector pressure distribution. (16) Parameters related to high and low pressure ammonia water: gas collection pipe pressure and temperature, ammonia water pressure and temperature as well as flow rate; furnace lid temperature when high pressure ammonia water is activated, etc. (17) Functional calibration for the switch system. (18) Calibration of the coal storage capacity of the coal tower. (19) Functional calibration of the electromagnetic station. (20) Functional calibration of the coke oven automatic ignition system. (21) Furnace door repair station and functional calibration of special equipment. (22) Calibration of the functional parameters of the automatic alarm system in Basement C0.
