What is the establishment process of the shutdown oil in Hangzhou Steam Turbines?

I have the diagrams myself, but I don’t understand the process by which the start-up oil and shutdown oil are generated. These two valves are labeled as 2-position 4-way valves, but in reality only 3 channels are in use. Additionally, there are two shutdown solenoids, and the accompanying documentation doesn’t explain why this is the case. As for the cartridge valve, I know something about its principle; I would appreciate it if someone who understands it well could provide a detailed explanation. Thank you

According to the operation manual, along with the oil circuit diagram and the spool valve structure diagram, following the steps shown in the drawings should make it clear.
