There are many manufacturers of cryogenic oxygen generators; for example, in Suzhou. You can also search online. The purity level can be adjusted to meet your company’s requirements – 95% purity is likely achievable.
With such a small amount used, it would be better to have a storage tank and buy the liquid directly.
A production capacity of 100 Nm3/h is too low; there are many manufacturers of such equipment, in places like Suzhou and Handan, but the costs are too high. For cryogenic types, Shanghai Jiali has models with capacities of 1200 Nm3/h and 2000 Nm3/h in use; they seem to work well, but the production cost of the liquid is relatively high.
Cryogenic methods are not recommended as the cost is too high. If there are no special purity requirements, liquid oxygen can be purchased locally or a PSA system can be installed.
