In the aqueous solution full-cycle method, where is the medium-pressure pressure measurement point usually located? What about the low-pressure pressure measurement point? What about the pressure measurement points for Stage 1 and Stage 2 of flashing?
In our full-circulation aqueous solution method, the pressure measurement points at each stage are as follows: 1. The medium-pressure pressure measurement point is located on the liquid ammonia buffer tank; 2. The low-pressure pressure measurement point is located on the secondary cooling exhaust pipe (in front of the PC302 control valve) ; 3. Flashing on the vent pipe of the flash tank ; 4. A section on the lower shell of the evaporation condenser (above the outlet opening of its vapor phase pipe) ; 5. The pressure measurement points for the second stage of evaporation are located at the separation section, the exhaust pipe, and the secondary air cooler of the upper part of the second evaporator; for the upper DCS, the exhaust pipe is used as the reference.
Why should the medium-pressure pressure measurement point be connected to the liquid ammonia buffer tank? What is the basis for this?
The medium-pressure pressure measurement point should be located before the medium-pressure control valve at the gas-phase outlet of the inerting device; this position is more conducive to maintaining stable medium pressure. The low-pressure pressure measurement point should be at the outlet of the secondary cooling gas phase. The first and second vapor pressure measurement points should be located on the gas-phase pipes of the first and second vapor separators, respectively.
