What are the standards for lubricating coke oven locomotives, what is the lubrication interval, and are there any specific figures? All the sea friends, please help.
A vehicle is equipped with many mechanical components, and lubrication should be applied according to each type of component. One standard cannot be applied to an entire vehicle. Just like in cars, the engine and the rear axle cannot use the same lubricant.
Coke car lubrication schedule: Lubrication points, type of lubricant, and lubrication frequency. South side driving wheels: 3# lithium-based grease, every half month. North side driving wheels: 3# lithium-based grease, weekly. Door rotation mechanism: 3# lithium-based grease, every half month. Dust collection cover driving wheels: 3# lithium-based grease, every 3 months
