How many posts do I need to make to reach grade 3? Is there any statistics on that?

I’ve been in many forums, and I’m registered on many of them. I always feel that this forum is too regulated, too strict! It demands too many things!
It seems you’re just as last-minute as I am. But that’s fine too; for me, it’s like a game. I originally also had to reply to the support box, which was quite annoying. But here, it seems pretty interesting

You’ve reached third grade so quickly; if you haven’t advanced to it yet, then you must be a real moderator. How did you do that? Do you have any secret tricks? We’re in the same field – what kind of job do you do? If you’re willing, I was wondering if I could ask you for some advice, would that be possible?
Whoever gives me a push – I’ve been striving hard to make it to the third grade, and then to finish elementary school; with a goal in mind, there’s hope. Since I came in, I’ve been reading posts and posting my own, learning a lot along the way, and also organizing some things systematically. You also have quite a few posts; answer more questions and help others – that way you’ll gain their recognition, and you’ll earn points. It’s my first day as an official moderator, and I hope everyone will support me. There’s no secret: helping others means helping yourself. I come here every day to check things out. I’ve found some information regarding wealth; posting messages doesn’t earn any points, so I can only participate in rating others’ posts. I rate the ones above me, and others should do the same later on

It’s not about the number of posts directly; rather, your posts need to be rated by others, and only once a certain score is reached can you upgrade. But it’s impossible for posts to be rated if there are no posts at all. So, communicate more
The moderators here are very fair; those who post meaningful messages will be recognized for it, so there’s no need to be too concerned about that. Another thing to keep in mind is that just because you work hard doesn’t mean you’ll necessarily see results, but if you don’t make any effort, the chances of achieving anything are very low. My secret to becoming a moderator quickly is to do something to improve myself while also helping others. By posting more valuable responses, you can reap many times the benefits.:lol
Now I can only type more to give a meaningful reply. Helping others is out of the question; my abilities are limited, so I just want to learn more right now.
