I am currently proofreading a training manual, and I have some questions regarding the following terms: 1. Should “rearranger” be translated as “rearrange” or “reorganize”? 2. Fin fan exchanger – Jinshan Ciba translates this as “wing-fan type heat exchanger”; it’s actually an air cooler. Is there a more professional term for it? 3. Whoever has the time to take the trouble of looking up relevant information to find out what the definitions of \"reform\" and \"rearrange\" are, and whether they mean the same thing, would be doing a great service. I’m not really that clear about it.
