How to memorize English vocabulary in professional literature?

I’ve been reading professional literature recently, and I always have to use Langdao to look up specialized terms. Some of these words are quite long, and I’m not sure how to remember them. In ordinary English words, prefixes and suffixes are very important. For technical terms, they are even more crucial. When encountering long words, try to break them down to see how many short prefix and suffix words can be identified, then memorize them. In the future, even if you don’t understand the meaning of the entire word, you will be able to guess it roughly by recognizing those prefixes and suffixes
