Those with a capacity of less than 500L are laboratory fermentation tanks; those with a capacity of 500–5000L are pilot-scale fermentation tanks; those with a capacity of over 5000L are fermentation tanks used at production scale. At present, domestic fermentation tanks can reach a capacity of around 200 cubic meters for production purposes
