Abnormality in the four-nozzle process

Dear colleagues in gasification, I would like to learn about the methods for identifying major abnormalities in four-nozzle systems, handling such abnormalities, and maintaining production stability. Although the issues encountered in production can be quite varied, together we can pool our knowledge and share insights – thank you.
This is a rather broad question – are you learning the Texaco process? It’s similar to Texaco, with the difference being a few more burners.
