It seems there’s no such function. In version 11.1, it’s mainly used for creating simplified distillation diagrams; it isn’t very useful anyway
It’s equivalent to the shortcut in ProII and is used only for rough estimates; in Aspen Plus, the model can be opened by double-clicking on it, or you can access it through the corresponding menu in the data browser

Distil was originally part of the Hysys family; it was developed by the Canadian company Hyprotech and was primarily used for simulating upstream oil refining processes. It was later acquired by Aspen. DISTIL has always been a standalone software or a component of the Hysys family, and it has never been integrated into AspenPlus. A+ simply integrates Split; its functionality is similar to that of Distil.
