Our company currently has two sets of sewage stripping devices. One set has been out of service due to its small processing capacity. The currently operating set has an annual processing capacity of 500,000 tons and mainly treats acidic water from catalysis, hydrogenation, coking and other devices.
If you are not sure what main device the acidic water is equipped with, that is, the total amount of acidic water cannot be grasped, you can also set it independently for each device (catalysis, coking). . . :lol
We have several sets for each device.
We also follow the device, otherwise the measurement will be unstable and the operation will be unstable.
I have two sets of sewage stripping, which concentrate coking, hydrogenation and catalytic sewage.
We only have one set, and catalytic cracking, hydrogenation, and delayed coking are all handled there. 100t/h
We also have a centralized approach!
Our unit has two sets. The raw materials can be colluded with each other. The processing capacity is 45t/h and 65t/h. They mainly treat the sewage of the whole plant such as hydrogenation, two sets of catalysis, co-benzene, rich gas, etc.
My unit only has one set, which is handled centrally.
