Any plant with an ethylene plant should have aromatic extract oil. What does the landlord want to use this for?
Large-scale ethylene production exists in China. In the south, there are Maoming, Guangzhou, and CNOOC Shell.
Companies that have aromatic extraction units have them; generally, ethylene plants have such units. The aromatic processing unit at Plant 1 of Sinopec Daqing Petrochemical Company also has one, with components mainly consisting of C9+. The production capacity is approximately 125 t/d.

We have it in our workshop, but what you’re describing is different from what we call it. We refer to the components that are lighter than benzene as raffinate oil, while what you mention is called C9 components in our workshop, in the Aromatic Compounds Workshop of the First Chemical Plant at Daqing Petrochemical Company
