I came to this college and became an ordinary teacher; I had no desire to get rich or accumulate wealth, only hoping to live a peaceful life. But the reality nowadays is quite unbearable for me. The salary levels in schools are very low; a teacher’s salary is even less than that of an ordinary worker in a medium-sized company here, and civil servants earn more than twice as much as us. Not to mention this, the salaries that are paid are so low that they’re not even delivered on time – sometimes it takes four or five months before we get our salaries. It feels like a festival when we finally get paid once; can you imagine how happy some teachers become just because they’ve received their salary for one month? I have been working here for almost over two years now, but I haven’t seen my salary; I don’t know where it is. Right now I’m living on the verge of poverty~~~:Q
It’s really terrible; at best, all we can do is cut salaries and year-end bonuses
Why not make a change? A few years ago, chemical companies were doing very well and had high revenues! If one can become a teacher, there are great opportunities in enterprises! Despite the current economic crisis and the difficulty in finding a job, it’s still worth applying. Movement brings life!

It seems that colleges and universities aren’t that good yet – there’s little funding for projects, and not enough support: lol. It seems like the teachers at undergraduate institutions lead quite comfortable lives!
Since the original poster is seeking stability, it’s best to stay at school – it’s probably the most stable job available these days, with two holidays per year as well. If the original poster still has some drive in them, then jump right away; waiting patiently for a salary isn’t the answer either – just make sure to choose the right time to jump!

If someone causes trouble, it’s still manageable ； If you don’t have money, leave right away. Lack of funds indicates that the programs offered by this school are of poor quality, leaving students with no future prospects ； The leaders lack the drive to change the status quo. Fundamentally, the prospects for such schools are very poor; it’s better to take precautions now rather than wait until things go wrong.
