I don’t think so. Under the current market economy system, there are too many profit-driven individuals and companies; it’s not just a matter of a lack of awareness of social responsibility. The key is to improve the regulatory framework and enforce laws strictly.
Toxic milk powder is not of a single type either; the toxic milk powder produced by different factories varies. Common methods for detecting it involve checking its odor, color, texture, taste, and solubility, but not all cases of toxic milk powder can be identified in this way.
