I am currently working on an engineering design, and I have encountered the issue of water pipes (welded steel pipes) intersecting with the existing cable trenches in the factory area. I would like to ask all friends from Haichuan for their advice: if it is not possible to avoid this intersection, 1) can the newly buried circulating water pipes pass through the existing cable trenches? 2. Is it clearly stated in that standard? 3. What protective measures should be taken during traversal? I am anxiously waiting for everyone's replies.....................

I have encountered similar problems on site as well; it’s definitely not feasible to run cables through cable trenches, as this will affect future additions and adjustments to the cables. It’s better to route them beneath the cable trenches. If there are requirements regarding low points in the pipelines, it’s advisable to use alternative methods instead.
