Under normal circumstances, the cross-tube coolers in the drum cooling section (circulating water and low-temperature water), the oil coolers of the blowers (production water or circulating water), the circulating fluid coolers in the HPF desulfurization pre-cooling tower (circulating water), the ammonia replenishment coolers (low-temperature water), the desulfurization liquid coolers (low-temperature water), the fractional condenser in the ammonia vaporization tower (circulating water), the wastewater coolers (circulating water or low-temperature water), the upper-stage circulating fluid cooler in the final cooling tower (direct cooling process) (low-temperature water), the lower-stage circulating fluid cooler (circulating water), the first-stage oil-depleted crude benzene cooler (circulating water), the second-stage oil-depleted crude benzene cooler (low-temperature water), the condensation coolers in the benzene removal tower (circulating water), the crude benzene coolers (circulating water and low-temperature water), and so on, all require process circulating water or low-temperature water.

Whether to use cooling water depends on actual needs; for example, in the Northeast, cooling water is not necessary

Our coking plant uses lithium bromide refrigeration, with the circulating cooling water temperature dropped to around 13 degrees
