1. After non-destructive testing of the inner cylinder, heat treatment is carried out first; during this treatment, all interfaces, connectors, and attachments must be placed in the furnace as well, followed by a hydrostatic test； 2. After passing the inspection, weld the jacket; when it is not possible to pass the entire jacket through the pipe connection, it is necessary to use a method of welding the jacket in segments. That is, a pre-welded component is first welded at the area where the jacket will be installed on the inner tube, this pre-welded component is then heat-treated along with the inner tube, and finally the segmented jacket sections are welded to the pre-welded component and combined together. In the case of a semi-jacket, heat treatment is required after welding the jacket to the inner cylinder
If the inner tube is equipped with a gasket, the jacket is not welded directly to the inner tube.
