I would like to ask my colleagues: which brand’s coalescers are you using for ethylene process water, and what are the results?

After modifications made by Boll (with the addition of a new coalescing system), it was used for 2 years with good results. Due to high costs, filters were later sourced from Henan Xinxiang for manufacturing. But after 2 years of use, problems arose with the process performance, leading to severe blockages in the system. I wonder what the situation is like with the process water systems in various facilities? Is there a large amount of polymer (resembling asphalt) in the bottom of the dilute steam stripping tower and in the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pumps? What type of filter elements do various companies use? Could you please provide some information on that! Thank you!
