Dear forum members, how can chemical enterprises carry out employee training? The spoon-feeding approach to training is no longer accepted by anyone. It works better when it is closely integrated with certain activities, such as trade unions or youth groups, allowing people to participate in serious activities in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our factory conducts assessments on a monthly basis using a combination of written and oral tests. The examination topics include basic knowledge of coking, normal operating procedures, emergency plans, and special thought-provoking questions (which are somewhat complex and require candidates to explain their own understanding, which earns extra points). Based on these assessments, we identify some outstanding operators to serve as mentors for new employees, and evaluations are carried out on a monthly basis.
