Who knows what the planned specifications and model number should be for the gasket of this (BES350-1.0/0.5-13-2.5/19-4) heat exchanger? Who has the JB/T4719-92 standard? Please upload it, thanks! !
The JB/T4719-92 standard is available on the forum; one should learn how to search for it: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/viewthread.php?tid=5267&highlight=4719 http://bbs.hcbbs.com/viewthread.php?tid=178745&highlight=4719
Just order the BES350-1.0/0.5-13-2.5/19-4 gasket!
There should be four gaskets, namely G+material code+350-1.0-4, C+material code+350-1.0, F+material code+350-1.0-4, and W+material code+350-1.0. However, it seems that there are no standard specifications for DN350 (non-standard nominal diameter); I think it would be fine to use the dimensions of DN400 as a reference.
It’s G+ material code + 350-1.0-4, 1.0-4, right? It should be 2.5 MPa, I think
1.0 corresponds to 1 MPA; 4 indicates 4 tube banks, and adding a B after 4 means that the tubes have dimensions of 25×2.5. Additionally, G denotes the tube box gasket; C represents the tube box side gasket ; F represents the floating gasket ; W represents the outer skull gasket ; T refers to the gasket at the connection between the head and the tube sheet of a fixed-tube-sheet heat exchanger. :)
This standard 4-pass unit needs to be marked with AB; then, if two heat exchangers differ only in tube size, won’t their model numbers be the same?
