What does \"checking spare parts\" mean??? Is it to inspect, to look up information, to purchase them, or to carry out maintenance??? I’m totally confused......
Your statement is quite vague – do you mean the control valves from FISHER, or the valve accessories? I suppose it’s a consumable part that the supplier should include when ordering FISHER control valves, or a component that needs to be replaced frequently on the control valves. If that’s the case, it depends on how the technical agreement or contract was signed. If looking it up, first check the technical agreement or contract; if that doesn’t work, the only option is to turn to the manufacturer. I’m not sure if I understood your post correctly
I just spoke to the technical staff at Star Domain Company over the phone; they said they don’t have a search system, but can provide the serial number based on the valve model. I’m really stuck with this issue – it’s difficult to find spare parts
You can ask Fisher’s technical staff to prepare a parts list of all Fisher valves used in your factory; you can simply choose the parts you need from that list

The star system has a query system, but it requires the valve serial number each time; it’s impossible to track each of our hundreds of units one by one. Sometimes it comes with the packaged equipment, in which case the information is even less complete. Furthermore, if there is a substitution, how can one look up information when the original data is incomplete? The sign is missing; how can I find it?
