Job inspections are very important, but they must not be a mere formality. What requirements do various units have regarding such inspections? For example, the route, which aspects are key (in detail), and other issues (in summary).
Adhere to the daily inspection routine, carry the tool kit, conduct inspections along the designated routes, and ensure that the inspection time is sufficient. During inspections, check whether all pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and liquid levels are within normal ranges. During inspections, check whether the important instrument control circuits, control microcomputers, alarms, interlocks, and various analysis instruments are in good condition; take timely measures to rectify any abnormalities detected. Check whether the certificates for hierarchical management of instruments, signboards, power indicators, and interior lighting for each station are complete. Any potential problems identified during inspections should be recorded accurately in the inspection log. Those that can be resolved according to regulations should be addressed promptly, while those that cannot be solved should be reported step by step at the appropriate levels so that measures can be taken. During inspections, check the operation of the on-site instruments with regard to the \"six protections\": protection against rain, vibration, freezing, corrosion, electric leakage, and lightning strikes. Outdoor instruments should be wrapped in plastic bags. During inspections, check the movable parts of the instruments such as control valves, electric actuators, and changeover switches; lubricant should be applied to them regularly. The terminal covers of the instruments, vortex flow meters, differential transformers, temperature measurement sleeves, rotor flow meters, and other similar components or their explosion-proof covers should be greased so that they can be rotated smoothly. During inspections, protective equipment must be worn in strict accordance with regulations; slippers, tank tops, shorts, skirts, or pajama pants are not allowed in production areas, and it is essential to ensure that personal protective equipment is worn properly at all times. The frequency of inspections should be increased accordingly in case of severe weather conditions such as thunderstorms, heavy snow, and dense fog. Those who fail to conduct inspections in accordance with the prescribed schedule will be subject to penalties for violations; if accidents occur as a result of failure to carry out inspections on time, affecting the producers, appropriate actions will be taken based on the consequences. Appropriate bonuses will be given to those who diligently implement the inspection system, promptly identify potential hazards, and prevent accidents.
