The situation with graphite-modified polypropylene pipes

It is said that this type of pipe is conductive and can carry away the static electricity generated by fluids, whereas polypropylene pipes are insulating. Has anyone used this official method? Please introduce its advantages, disadvantages, and usage precautions.
There’s nothing special about it. We had a project on site that involved imported conductive polypropylene pipes, through which chloromethane was transported; after two years they were replaced with F4/CS pipes, and they seem pretty much the same as ordinary PE pipes!
