One of the materials in our factory contains 2–4 g/l of solid contaminants, and the liquid contains 20% HF. The solid particles may be ALF3, Al2O3, Al(OH)3, etc.; their particle size is unknown. These contaminants need to be removed, and we intend to use a cyclone separator to reduce the solid content. May I ask: Is it feasible? Are there any good manufacturers I can consult? Additionally, if a hydrocyclone is not used, what type of filtration equipment should be chosen? Based on tests, plate and frame filters, flat plate filters, centrifuges, etc., are all suitable. What is the unit for 2-4 g/l? Is it 2-4 g/l or 2-4 units per liter? Please provide details. Additionally, what are the pressure and temperature of the solution?
