You can get a certificate of passing the examination. The one in Jiangsu in 2011 was received as a reference. The time to get the certificate is: June 11-June 21, 2012 (excluding holidays)
There is a certificate, a basic qualification certificate, which is just a small piece of paper. It doesn’t seem to be needed when applying for professional exams. I guess you can check it online.
