I found a pressure switch, which is quite strange. It’s a PHL317 model. Such switches are commonly used in industrial and mining applications, where the pressure levels are usually around 0.5 MAP; we set the threshold at 0.4 MAP. Yet this switch still triggers an alarm, even though the pressure fluctuations are minimal. Could it be that the spring inside this switch has worn out after being under pressure for over two years? Has anyone encountered the same problem?
Has it exceeded the set value? ? It is necessary to call the police. Pressure switches are mechanical devices, just like safety valves, and require regular calibration.
The question isn’t very clear, but I know that pressure switches also have a limited lifespan, and they should be discarded once their performance falls outside the specified limits after calibration.

The situation you mentioned could be caused by a change in the properties of the metal sheet of the switch, or it could be due to a change in the properties of the bellows. At this point, it is necessary to check whether the switching difference is fixed or adjustable; those with an adjustable switching difference have an adjustment knob, while those with a fixed switching difference do not have such a knob. Adjust the switching difference to meet the operational requirements. If that doesn’t work, then we’ll have to replace it with a pressure switch. Yes or no is for reference only.
