Which manufacturers are more advanced in PSA CO recovery technology? We are conducting relevant investigations; please offer your expert guidance. It's best to have performance results.
Sichuan Tianyi Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Pioneer Technology Co., Ltd. can both do it, haha
As far as I know, Peking University Pioneer and Sichuan Tianren have done this; several installations are already in operation
Beijing Peking Pioneer Technology Co., Ltd. is the best in terms of pressure swing adsorption for CO; the yield and purity of the CO product gas are both very high.
Currently, there are many manufacturers that design and produce carbon monoxide, and numerous ready-made systems are available. However, it’s difficult to say which one is more advanced; some require a high partial pressure of carbon monoxide, others have strict requirements regarding the impurity content in the feed gas (such as sulfur), some need external vacuum pumps and compressors, and yet others suffer from low yields of carbon monoxide
Sichuan Tianyi – they designed all three of our pressure swing adsorption units, and they are excellent
Sichuan Tianyi, Tianli, and Kaiyuan are all great!
Beida Pioneer is also good, especially their PU-1 adsorbent
Beijing Peking Pioneer Technology Co., Ltd. achieves high yields and purity in CO production via pressure swing adsorption; the H2 content in the CO product gas is slightly high, it has good resistance to CH4, and it is well-suited for coal-based gas production.
Sichuan Tianyi, Huaxi, and Saipuixing Technology are all viable options; the main PSA manufacturers are located in Sichuan. We use products from Saipuixing Company, which offer low prices and stable performance.
