Dear experts, please give me some advice. Occasionally, there are large asphalt tanks on site with a temperature of 400 degrees and a pressure of 10 KPA; there is a DN50 flange at the top, and the liquid level range is 4 meters. What type of instrument would be suitable for measuring the liquid level? A level gauge would be appropriate. Because asphalt has high viscosity. The double-flange steel belt radio admittance currently in use is not suitable.

A float level gauge at 400° should work fine
Ultrasonic methods don’t work; steam-based methods exist, as well as radar systems, but I’ve not used them. Float-based methods also don’t work. It’s difficult to determine viscosity and temperature at present in China, and it’s worrying
