I have a colleague who is very nice, extremely enthusiastic, and capable. If there’s any difficulty, as soon as you mention it she will surely help enthusiastically, seeing it as a pleasure and a way to fulfill her own sense of value. At first, I really liked her a lot (and I still really appreciate her personality; she is definitely an example for women), and I regarded her as my big sister. Because we chat often, I tell her almost every little thing and seek her opinion. After some time, I realized something was wrong. . . . It’s getting harder and harder to talk to her; we’ve already talked about everything there is to talk about, and there are no more good topics to discuss. But she still spends the same amount of time every day chatting with me, and I can only respond in a perfunctory manner, as the conversation lasts too long; I have to go home at night to work on my own tasks. The most frustrating thing is that I gradually realized that some colleagues and managers were looking at me in a strange way. I often hear from other colleagues some rather private things about me, even my opinions on certain matters and certain people. And that older sister is so enthusiastic; she tends to exaggerate in what she says, plus she adds her own opinions. I have indirectly offended many people because of this, and it’s really distressing. The big boss used to appreciate me a lot; she had a very good relationship with her. Generally speaking, she should have been able to help me a great deal. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the big boss’s attitude toward me is getting worse and worse. Since the big boss doesn’t manage me directly, he probably doesn’t know much about my details. Yet to my surprise, he was aware of my leave requests, personal situation, and mental state; he even mentioned some of my opinions on the company. I later didn’t dare to talk to her about anything, nor could I point out the harm she had caused me. Because she herself wasn’t even aware that she was hurting me; she never intended to hurt me either. She just really liked to talk with people, and while talking, she would mention whatever she thought was appropriate to say. She’s really a great person – enthusiastic, cheerful, helpful, capable, and charming. However, the damage it caused to my career was truly enormous. By saying this here, I also ask everyone to be careful from now on – it’s not only bad people who can hurt you; be aware as well of the harm that can come from \"good\" people!
Yeah~ You definitely have to stay silent about certain things at work. Don’t easily express your inner thoughts~ otherwise you’ll encounter many unexpected things~
From experience, in short, anything that must not be said absolutely must not be said~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ask my wife to take a good look at her – she’s the person you’re talking about: she’s really kind, enthusiastic, cheerful, willing to help others, capable, and charming. ”She wasn’t even aware of causing harm to others; she never intended to hurt anyone. She simply loved talking with people, and while chatting, she would mention whatever she thought was relevant.
If we’re already colleagues, why bother being friends? I too only realized it after learning a lesson. It’s a pity that you still think she’s a good person to this day, while I’ve realized that she isn’t as good as I thought at heart.
As colleagues, it’s necessary to joke around and chat with each other from time to time, but it’s still best to say what needs to be said and avoid saying things that shouldn’t be said.
Absolutely correct; I know this well – at the company, one should not talk to others about things unrelated to work
It seems that one needs to maintain a certain distance when interacting with others.
About 10 years ago, a friend of mine said something like this. In my future work, I increasingly come to understand the profound meaning of this sentence. People are selfish, and conflicts of interest are inevitable within the same company. Under the influence of self-interest and greed, betrayal and being betrayed occur. Let it be!

.......Can’t colleagues become good friends? The so-called “office war,” I guess. .
Be a good person first before doing anything! Speak less in the office and avoid making jokes with colleagues; remember that silence is golden in most situations!
Among colleagues, there are many conflicts of interest, so it’s necessary to maintain a certain distance!
Actually, just pay attention when speaking; say whatever needs to be said. As for things related to colleagues at the company, it’s better not to mention them at all. Haha
Theorem 2384: Colleagues find it hard to become friends.
Colleagues should communicate and work together more; let’s not talk about anything else – people’s intentions are hard to predict. An offhand remark can have serious consequences, and it may even affect your work performance. There are many people at Shanda University; everyone sorts of person is there, so it’s better to be cautious. But good colleagues can become friends; there are only a limited number of them, I guess it’s due to interests at play. It’s just my personal experience, for reference only.
