It’s unfortunate that this issue, which was identified long ago, resulted from poor communication between the design team and the construction crew; it wasn’t resolved before construction began. Now, there’s no way to fix it at this late stage – the only option is to demolish it. It seems to be a serious problem indeed

What causes it? Is it the frame beam or the secondary beam?
The main beams and secondary beams must not be damaged; adjust the layout of the equipment or the path of the pipes. If that’s not possible, the only option is to carry out new calculations and then cast new beams in place.
Under normal construction conditions, neither the main beams nor the secondary beams are allowed to be damaged. When there is a conflict between the process or installation and the civil load-bearing structure, modifications are generally made to the installation, with the process pipes routed around it.
