Everyone, please share some of your insights on drawing CAD diagrams in daily work – preferably tips that are easily overlooked but yet truly useful.
It’s a bit too general; it’s better to ask questions based on the actual situations encountered, as that will make them more targeted!
People often need to insert complex diagrams into Word documents. It’s cumbersome to create such diagrams using Word’s drawing tools; they can be made in CAD, printed out and attached to the document, or imported directly into Word using specialized software. When drawing in CAD, it is best to first create a template in CAD that matches the page size of the Word document you intend to create, whether in landscape or portrait orientation. Set the font styles, annotations, and other formatting elements accordingly. This way, once the diagram is drawn and inserted into Word, the layout will maintain the proper proportions, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing and convenient layout.
