Which facility uses structured packing instead of trays in its distillation column in catalytic units, and what are the results?
When upgrading our unit’s original 200,000-ton small catalyst system, we replaced the fractionation tower’s packing, and its operation has been quite good. . . It means that one must always pay attention to the operations at the post and avoid rushing into the tower. . . Make sure the temperature at the top of the slurry doesn’t exceed 400, and ensure that the slurry doesn’t contain CAT as it moves towards the filler. . . Removing the catalyst from the filler has well-known disadvantages. . . . ^_^:lol

The CEST from the Petroleum University that we are using now also works well. It turns out to be a composite inclined-hole tray.
Our factory uses the CTST high-efficiency tray towers from Hebei University of Technology; using a packed tower in place of trays does not affect the performance
