Corrosion inhibitors and polymerization inhibitors for styrene plants

I work in the process technology area of styrene plants. As those in the industry know, polymerization inhibitors such as DNBP and TBC need to be added during the distillation stage of styrene production. However, after several years of operating such plants, it becomes clear that polymerization inhibitors are also necessary in the dehydration unit; otherwise, polymerization occurs in the air cooling systems, stripping towers, and exhaust gas compressors. My plant is planning to add polymerization inhibitors to the dehydration section – are there any colleagues who are already using them? We can come out and discuss it. . . Colleagues may also be aware that over time, corrosion can occur in the styrene distillation unit; has anyone added corrosion inhibitors to the distillation section?
