Operating Instructions for Heating Furnace 1. The water level must be kept above the midpoint of the tank. Prevent the system from losing water suddenly due to the pump running dry. 2. The drain valve must be opened to drain the fluid before starting the pump. Confirm that there is no air blockage in the pipeline. 3. During operation, the water pump must be started first, followed by the return valve. When stopping, close the return water valve first, then the water pump. Prevent water from the system’s normal pressure pipes from spraying out. 4. Characteristics of a hand-fired furnace: less loading, frequent loading, quick loading. Reduce heat loss due to excess air and increase the temperature of the furnace chamber. At the same time, the room door should be closed during operation to reduce heat loss from the furnace and save energy. 5. The furnace temperature of manual burners is low, and higher quality coal is required. If there is a phenomenon of failure to burn through, try burning it again. Save energy and eliminate waste. 6. The outlet water temperature must not exceed 60°C. Keep the indoor temperature below 20°C. To increase the temperature, the return water flow rate can be appropriately increased to achieve this goal. 7. Pay constant attention to the condition of the motor, water pump, and valves during operation. Report any issues promptly for repair. Clean the filter screen periodically to prevent blockages in the system’s pipelines. 8. During the fire suppression period, the operation of the motor can be paused depending on the conditions in the furnace. Save every kilowatt-hour of electricity. 9. During the fire suppression period, one may rest in the dormitory but is not allowed to leave their post. Be careful to avoid the phenomenon of constant illumination. 10. For safety reasons, sleeping in heated rooms is prohibited. Avoid carbon monoxide poisoning. 11. Clean up coal scattered on the ground at any time, and tidy up the coal storage areas and slag dumps.
