I would appreciate it if someone with expertise could advise me on how to address the curling issue of PVA coatings in low-humidity conditions
PVA films shrink upon drying and curl; adding some fillers can reduce the shrinkage stress. If transparency is a requirement, plasticizers can be used to minimize curling, although this may affect the film’s ability to absorb ink in the case of inkjet printing.
