I am currently working on my graduation thesis, and I need to cover the progress both domestically and internationally. HAZOP methods have gone through a development process abroad, as have computer-aided software tools; some people have summarized this progress. In contrast, in China, there is no comprehensive and systematic information available. Let’s discuss it; it would be a help to this guy too.
In many technical fields, many companies have their own areas of expertise, and there are rankings among these companies within the industry, similar to those in martial arts competitions. Regarding HAZOP, many companies in China are definitely carrying it out; but which ones do it better? Is it more authoritative? Team size, personnel hierarchy, project progress, and whether software or manual analysis is used. Let’s summarize all of these together.
You can search for “HAZOP” on the forum; there’s a lot of information available there that you can use as a reference! Please visit http://bbs.hcbbs.com/search.php?searchid=3834&orderby=lastpost&ascdesc=desc&searchsubmit=yes
Our company has successfully passed the HAZOP assessment, but it was carried out by foreigners, and it cost a lot of money! Let’s go for several hundred thousand.
Our company is carrying out training on the HAZOP evaluation method; training was conducted last year as well, but it wasn’t put into practice. This year, it has been included in the company’s objectives for 2009, with a deadline set for the end of July to complete the evaluations.
The checklists used by different companies may vary. We do it entirely manually, in Excel.
Students on the 4th floor, what type of equipment in your company was subject to the relevant HAZOP evaluation? Are there any files or materials that can be shared?
There are many updates at home and abroad; just do a search online – you’ll find plenty of Chinese-language materials, and you can check them on CNKI
We are doing it manually; the workload is extremely large
